I thought it would be close to 310...let's assume my evo is at 235 whp and the BC at 22 psi adds 20,injen adds 15, TB adds 20, and your flash 20. So your telling me that I would be close to 290??? I know it's only the base flash but shouldn't it enhance the mods?

OK nvm, Turbotrix was only 10 hp higher but that guy was on 94 octane. I guess i'm just shocked that I would only be getting 290 whp, since in the beginning everyone was like you could get 300 whp with just a 3" TB, BC, air filter and base flash.

I don't like to quote high whp claims and promises. I quote them on the low side - on purpose - this way no one will be disappointed. Lime of like how I was always making 50 - 80 more whp than HSK quotes on its turbos on my car. Thety are underrating them.

When it comes to my through the mail tunes - they provide huge trq gains over the stock ecu programand a very nice improvement in smoothness and driveability.

On the stock ecu you would never come close to that power level before you hit the fuel cut which we take out.

In some cases 300 - 310 whp is made - but not something you will see on every car.

Question Mail-in Flash

To DynoFlash,

I looked at your web site but would like to have more information about the mail-in flash as far as fuel consumption and driveability. Will the reprogrammed ECU work all through the rpm range or only at higher-than-stock range? You also mention improved safety after the upgrade has ben performed, would you care to explain a bit more in depth?

Thank you.

As far as driveability and fuel mileage we retain 100% stock settings on the so called "closed loop" areas of the map. This way you retain stock like driveability and stock like fuel economy - even though you will make more whp on the "open loop" areas with outr performance settings.

Inproved saftey comes with more precise tuning of ignition timing and a/f ratios to match the performance mods which are on your car which in many cases can throw off the tuing of the stock ecu.

Thanks
