My evo was taking a break - I was chilling out and relaxing for a couple of months and did not make any progress since the October 2 - 3 NHRA Fall Nationals I basically took the head off and did nothing. Somehow after a long hard summer of racing and wrenching I lost interest in working on my evo

Yesterday, I was so annoyed with the presense of my Mother In Law in my house for the holidays that I had no other choice but to retreat to the garage where I could be away from her. For those who are not married - you won't have any idea what I an talking about. Basically, I rather sit in a cold garage by myself than listen to my Mother in Law.

Now I am back into the groove and the car is comming together nicely - I should be hitting the road by sometime this week

My New Year's resolution is to hit 700 whp

Al at one time after the 3037s turbo didn't u switch over the the AMS GT35R ? I only ask because I am about to upgrade my tubo and I am stuck between going with a 3037s kit or a GT35R kit. Having had both on your car I was wondering what your general preference was and why? I am looking to keep the tuneing to your custom flash and want to see what kinda numbers I can pull outta it without having to switch to a standalone.

On pump gas - IMHO the 3037 is the prefered set up due to superior spool up

They both can make about the same whp on pump gas and stck bottom end - 430

BUT - when you build your bottom end and start running race gas thats when the GT35 is at the atvantage with a much larger big boost capacity over 32 psi
