Al..need some help

Just last night my car started to pop a little under hard acceleration in 1st and 2nd gear. It sounds like a backfiring, and it pops like 2 to 3 times under hard acceleration between the rpm range of 4-7K rpm. the car idles like it always has before (weird) and it boosts fine, and the power band feels great. what else should i check. I am going to check the plugs today. Just fyi i have denso iridium IW24. i have had these plugs for about 4 months now and you tuned the car with these plugs in.

any ideas, because i am starting to bug out a little

thanks

Try a fresh set of NGK BR7ES and see what that does - sounds like plugs to me

You dont suggest using the Iridium plugs?
