noise above 6500 is this normal

Hey Al I just got the Ecu back and I am pleased so far I have not driven it much yet but I was wondering if the noise level coming from the engin from 6500 up will that be a lot louder I have never heard detionation so I was worried. Thanks and so far it rocks.

In most cases with the flash the car is making up to 30 more whp at high rpms and therefore pulling more air flow - particularly with an open eliment air intake. It is noramal to hear more sounds comming from the engine as far as air flow and exhuast goes - this means its making a lot more power. What you dont want to hear is knocking and detonation - that would mean your ecu needs to be adjusted. Let me know what kind of sounds you are hearing thanks.

I think its just the valve train above 7000. thinks Al car feels awsome.
