Alright guys, no concerns, I spoke to Al yesterday and today and we have this all finalized and it is 100% a go!! I will be sending out a PM later today with my address. Here is the rundown, we will be doing Precisions cam install and rtd2's base flash on Friday night, anyone who wants to come is more than welcome, it will be a little relaxed and we can kick back and watch, chat and have a and help anyone with install's (MBC's, fuel pumps, etc...). Saturday is the real deal, we will be running from 10am till 6pm, we will be ending at 6pm to allow everyone to roll up to the show Saturday night (weather permitting). Sunday Al will be wrapping up his work and hopefully we can pick a few more guys Saturday to get some tuning work done.

Really look forward to meeting everyone, and please bring a small donation to cover food, drinks and beer for Saturday (sorry, funds got real tight, I would typically cover this myself without question).

 

the only thing that sucks now is after the dj @ mcdonalds stops playing music, the pavillions is being shut down. so if the last guy getting tuned ends at 8, get to the pavs by 9, it is already shut down.

I'm just curious if rain will be affecting this at all. I just looked it up and they're projecting 80% chance of showers with rain over an inch for Fri & Sat...

No, I was just checking that out and one thing I can tell you from living here all of my life is this, It may rain a little tomorrow but by saturday it will be sporadic and as you will come to know the only time we ever get any REAL rain is during the summer monsoons. We will be just fine.

Its gret to be in Arizona - very been here before. Our Host TC4G63 is a super nice guy and friendly and a great host.

The first car of the night tonight was shipped the worng 1st gen cams so he has to try and find cams tommorow. We'll have to oplay it by ear with the weather tommororow and possibly push those cars we can to Sunday if the rain persisits. I am looking for wardx to meeting the rest of you guys
