On a stock car!?

 

Ok, this topic has turned into something else. I wanted to know if it would be ok for about a month to install my cams with my base flash before I get a cutom tune?

I can not recomend or suggest running the cams on the non cam tune as it is not something I have tested. I have no idea how safe it would be, although I am sure many guys have done it without incident.

 

I ran my car for about a week before I had Al custom tune my car. I stayed out of the throttle the whole week and the trip to Chicago for my tune. I had almost 340 miles to the tank on the way.

My car seemed to run fine without being tuned, but I didn't want to take and chances.

what about after base flash put cams in then fine tune it with safc or piggyback and wait till AL come to do custom tuning.................is that can do?

 

Don't have an AFC so I am just going to take it easy for a week
