Have you had any experience Al, with tuning the 280 hks cams and if so how do they preform with the stock ecu in place ?

how soon do you think we will see? i have a set coming and can still cancel it. I know of one or two that i think are still running stock ecu and it idles....you don't think it will do well though huh? What cam setup would you recommend....we are building the new turbo setup right now (another gt35r) and i am going to look into alky kits also soon. 272/272 ? GSC cams?

I know, but which ones do YOU like? This is my main quandry before I get you to tune my car (whenever your next Atlanta session happens). I know you've tuned the GSC 264/272. I want the 272/264 based on what GSC says, but I'm concerned about the idle. Can it be tuned smooth?

Would you rather straight 272s for drag racing over the 272/264 ?

hey AL,
Yeah, Id like to know an update on the 280's...
I have the HKS cams 280....do you recommend replacing cam gears or valve springs and retainers with aftermarket ones, if so which ones?
I talked to Jared at Buschur Racing and he said not to worry about replacing the cam gears and its optional for the valve springs and retainers.
I am signed up to get dynoflashed in dallas memorial weekend , I was just wondering what you recommend I have before getting dynoflashed....thnx
