Just desolder them from the PCB. Place a long enough lead between the box and where you want to mount your LEDs. Make sure you cover the wires well so they won't get shorted out.
I think I have decided on mounting the 3 LEDs on top of my steering column cover :}

I thought it would be nice to put the LED's within the cluster on the right side, above the LANCER circle.

I emailed Steve at SMC, company makes the controller, and he stated there are only minor changes to the controller software. Nothing Major.

I wish that a kit would come out that would just use the trunk tank. Then it would work on all Evos, be cost effective and resolve concerns about the proximity of the tank to hot engine components. I'm sure that the cost of the additional lines to the trunk would be less than the cost of that fancy tank.

I totally agree. If we use that tank then it seems that we also have to ditch the coolant overflow tank. So you give one to get the other.
