On your set up - everything looks good - however the HKS BOV is not one of our favorites due to many driveability and stalling issues. The forge re-circulating unit is my choice
Ok, then I will stay with HKS 264/264, about the BOV, I havent had any stalling issues at all, but I noticed that when I rev over 5000rpm and press the clutch my revs stay high and go down very very slowly, I think that has something to do with the BOV, what do you think? Because I can follow your reccomendation and buy a forge. Thanks for the feedbacks...

Bro - the throttle body is modified on those cars with a device which creats that rev hanging issue where the revs dont fall down quickly

I am working on a revision to the flash to eliminate that feature

Great to hear that, because I think I am the only one with zero problems with the HKS SSQ, and I love the sound, I dont know if its because of the position, its installed on the Injen Intake but very low on the pipe, its under the intake filter. no problems at all with idle.

If you can fix that rev hanging issue I will be a very very happy guy! Please work with that issue before next month! hehehe Thanks......

I will look at it more closely - BUT I am cofident the hanging issue can be resolved with a mechanical fix - perhaps a 2003 throttle body ? I have not looked at it closely enough yet

All I know is if I had a 2005 that would be the first thing that would have to go !

How would I fit in for a Base Flash? Just show up? Only mods will be AxleBack Exhaust, Cat Delete pipe, and a K&N Drop in. I'd be interested in raising the stock rev limiter to 7900-8000 rpm, and eliminating the boost cut if possible, along with the traditional leaning out the rich top end. BTW my EVO is a '05.

P.S. If the ECU can hold boost, that would be a nice feature.
