Alcohol kit flash dyno sheet
Here is an alcohol kit flash I tuned today with a high flow cat and a necked down hks exhuast
Basically its a stage 3 with 264 cams
93 octane pump gas
With a straight 3" exhuast should be good for another 15 whp

Damn it Al, I wish I could've made it up to Buschur for a re-tune, I feel I'm being left out. When I get back from being deployed
I hope we can figure out why she felt so slow.

To get a 30 whp gain with alcohol, do you have to go with a tune that would might hurt the motor if the alky ran out? It looks like the AFRs here are in a range where this car would be well into the 12s without the alky, not to mention the added ignition timing that I'm sure you dialed in. Just wondering if the stock ECU could pull enough timing to save the day.
Do you make the alky tunes more or less aggressive depending on the customer's needs? If a customer wanted to make extra sure that the tune would be safe without the alky, how much could be gained? 15 whp? 20 whp? It'd still be worth the $500 cost even for only a 20 whp gain.

^^ I dont know if its worth $500, but Logic Performance makes an alky kit for $250. Im not sure what the difference are, but if ur looking for a cheaper set up, then its a good alternative. Sorry Al to hijack ur thread, im just trying to help out a fellow EVO owner!
