I'm having mods installed by my dealer and they sent my ECU in to Pruven on Monday. First the dealer said they sent it UPS not overnight. Now they say it was in fact, overnighted by UPS. According to them, UPS says it arrived at Pruven on Tues.. Dealer says Pruven told them Al would be there Tues - Thurs. Did my dealership screw up or are they BS-ing me?

I've called and pm'd Dynaflash a few times but haven't heard anything back. I was under the impression this would be a one day turnaround. My Evo is sitting at the dealership w/ a brand new Buscher tbe and boost controller - but no ECU. Very frustrating!!!!!!

Any ideas? Not trying to start a problem. Just trying to find out what's going on.

 

A few points to remember for future reference :

1 - All instructions for sending in a ecu for flashing at Dyno Flash are located at the www.dynoflash.com web site including MY address - DO NOT send your ecu to any 3rd parties WITHOUT FIRST making arrangements with ME

2 - EVERYONE should include a note with EVERY ecu to indicate which modifications are on the car and the fuel used per the instructions on my web site

3 - EVERYONE should expect to PAY MONEY for thier ecu flashes or at least return shipping

In your case - your ecu showed up in a box with no instructions and no directions and no money inside

I would advise that you PM me a list of mods and paypal payment to paypal@dynoflash.com so that I can process your ecu and return it to you

Alternatively you may pick it up at pruven as it is there
