100% correct

The plastic pumps love methanol!

While ethanol is as good as methanol for this application, straight ethanol is impractical because it's taxed too heavily. Therefore, denatured ethanol is the alternative, which turns out not to be as desirable as methanol because the chemicals used to denature ethanol may detract from its usability, depending on which mixture the maker used to denature it.

With methanol, it's easy to purchase 100% methanol rather cheaply, so denaturants are a non-issue.

This statement is true, so long as an adequate injection volume is used (as per the consensus of educated opinion).

It indicates all the particulars right on the dyno sheet - (one of the great features of a Dyno Jet dyno)

Can you run more boost if you use 99% methanol compared to denatured alcohol? What is the max psi can you run safely on the stock studs? 28psi?

i wouldent push it to 28 psi on stock studs they will strecth to do 28 psi you will need some arp head studs installed i believe on stock studs its 26 psi im not sure tho but i wouldent even push it that hard on stock studs just wouldent feel secure i upgraded to arp head studs its cheap and you wont have to worry about it strecthing if you plan on using methonal and high boost

i know a guy who was boosting 35 psi on stock studs. i think it just depends. i know he had at least 30-40 1/4's on them too. His name is justrick here on evom...he just sold his 35r kit and a bunch of other stuff. i acquired my 272's from him. I know he had the fastest evo here in san antonio for awhile...

These numbers are on a stock cat-back exhaust? Am I reading that correctly?

If you tune with an open dump, do you have to worry about getting detonation if you run full boost with the dump closed?

Yes, I am running on my stock cat-back exhaust... including my stock cat... however, not to mislead anyone, these pieces are just dead weight when I'm running my cut-out dumping exhaust gases right after the first bend in the downpipe.

When the valve is closed, I run significantly less boost as well as hold less boost since exhaust gases would be routed through the stock exhaust. In my understanding, this would cause me to run richer than normal. It doesn't really matter anyways... I rarely ever boost high unless the valve is open.
