Boost flash only?

Is it possible to get just the boost flash, ie. 20 psi and hold? If so what is the cost for that alone?

Thanks

Yes you can hold 20psi to redline with the mail in flash...http://www.dynoflash.com/indttm.htm
and the price is $199 or pretty close. It was like night and day from a bone stock and then just a flash. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Al is the best out there period.

why dont you spend the money on a hallman BC and a boost gauge? I dont think the stock boost solenoid will be able to give you a more rapid rise in boost as the mbc.

You'd be really surprised SlowCar

And Chris, I believe he wants the boost control part of the flash with NO air/fuel or timing adjustments. But honestly, fstgvr4, you should just get the full flash... for 199 the car feels TOTALLY different (in a really really good way)

I already have an engine management system, the ECU+ which I've spent countless hours tuning with each mod and I have already maximized hp/tq reg the mods I have done. Hence the reason for the boost flash only.

Never mind though, I talked to Al today and just for the boost reflash is still $199, the same pirce for a reflash with fuel and timing adjustments. I thought it is on the expensive side since it is much less work than the reflash with the fuel and timing.

It only took me a year of trail and error to unlock the boost controll settings in the stock ecu! I dont offer a seperate boost controlling flash if your tried my regular dyno flash you would be very pleased over your current piggy back

Al I am sure it was hard to crack the code being that Mitsu locked the ECU like Fort Knox but, I still think just for the boost flash that is still high being that all you would be adjusting is the boost function. I am sure your dyno flash is great but, I firmly believe thatevery car is differentand the condition in which it is driven as well as other conditions such as weather and temps play a role in how one would tune their car.

I like to be hands on anywayand do everything myself that way I know it was done right or if it isn't done right I am the only one to blame.

If you reconsider the price on the boost flash, say $100.00, I would most definately be intereseted. I am sure many other guys would be too, but heh that is just my 2 cents.
