That is a very respectful post above, and you were entitled to your opinion, but you may have gone too far. At least not all people on this board are immature.

al is a good man. i like him all tho al i do find it hard to talk to you on the phone. im not complaning because if i owned your biz im be up in my 60s with stress liveing at 23. i just call back a day or to later and powie i got parts on order. i think you all should just understand there is 1 al to 500,000 evos out there. he can only do 1 at a time so just give him time. im shore he will get back with you. he dident get where he is now by telling every1 to go f off. i never here bad things about this man. let him do his job and youll have a sweet ride also with the rest of al's ****omers.

I to must publicly apologize for my lack of a better post, than to insult some one who puts a smile on most of our faces with his ability to make cars fast!

Al, Im sorry for the knee jerk reaction of a post. Im sure you have heard of a term "KILL EM WITH KINDNESS" and that's what you did with you're reply's to my terrible post. So I do understand that you are a cool cat and deserve my respect!

ps.. Now that I have done my duty, would you be so kind as to do you'rs?

Id love to hear you're response to my pm..
as you're flash is immanent...

I kinda know how you feel, kinda felt the same way that certain things where being answered at times in posts but not my questions or pm's.

BUT......then I also know how it is to be busy, too busy, and mostly just flat out not able to handle everything as you want. I run a very large late model domestic performance shop. I deal with being over loaded almost every day. I can't get things handled as I would like, but they do get handled as quickly as possible and the customer is never dissappointed...well most of the time.

Al I feel is the same way. I am more then sure he wants to answer every single PM,EMAIL,& PHONE CALL at the exact moment ,but it just isn't possible. I recall Al recently stating he is looking into the future to get more help to keep up with the huge demand for his tuning. Al from what I have seen always comes thru, just give the man a break and be patient...thats for everyone, including myself.

Al...look forward to seeinG you in Chicago next month. keep up the good work and get a helper.....it would be worth it for your own stress

later

Those paragraphs probably took a lot of work to type up, seeing as how you had to hit the shift key for every word.

Thanks guys for the support - I am to say the least a bit overloaded and I intend to take steps to cut down on travel and improve customer contact and response.

This week I went from CT to CA and back to CT for one day on the dyno and now I am at a Flying J truck stop on my way to Pittsburg at 12:40 am with 3 hours driving a head of me

I want to thank each and every one of you for your support and business

The growth and success of my business has caught me by suprize this spring, but I am looking for some help now to answer the phone and respond to emails

Thanks again and please bear with me as I find a way to keep up with the demand

AL, this is Cosmin....... You know what I think about you. To all the people that have to be negative on AL, you guys are crazy.... Al is one of the reasons I bought the Evo and no other car. He is the greatest tuner I have seen. Keep on doing what you are doing and remeber that sometimes people will react like retards. I understand you man but some people might not so just be more gentle with them. AL your the man..... Can't wait till you come to Chicago again.....

You might want to post your travel schedule somewhere where everyone can see it -- maybe a sticky on this part of the board. That would cut down the number of customers who get annoyed when they can't reach you when you are traveling and don't know why you aren't available. For example, I ordered a boost controller from you on Monday and didn't understand why you didn't respond to my PM and posts about the shipping status of my order. Now it all makes sense. Had I known that you were traveling this week I would have had different expectations about how quickly you could ship my order (which I sent you a PM about canceling BTW). Glad to hear that you are planning to get some help.

Thanks,
RichJ
