My review of Dynoflash
My review of Dynoflash
With the amount of threads about Dynoflash's customer service that have popped up I figured I would chime in with my experience at pruven/dynoflash. All I can say is that I had a great time and was treated very well. After what must have been a suck day, not pruven or al's fault (dyno went down) the guys still treated me very well. Al worked around a TON of problems on my car (all which were my fault, I install parts like a club handed monkey) and managed to squeeze out 335 HP all the time working around a MASSIVE boost leak. This guy works his *** off for us, between dyno pulls Al would reflash my ECU and answer questions here on the forums then back to the dyno to make another run, all this while answering phone calls. He trully is a one man show so cut him some slack.
Thanks again Al, you rock

are you allowed to speak/be with him while he tunes your car?
At turbotrix it sucks cz you just sit in the waiting room all day, and they'll give you ur keys and bill when they're done. also gotta look out for diesel who can scare the **** outta you!

Al was just here in Pittsburgh and Im soooo happy with my car now. This guy does a hell of a job! I have nothing but good things to say about how the day went. As do all the others that got tuned. He didn't even get to pissed when after installing a mbc for me, i forgot to tightin everything on my intake
. I would recomend Dynoflash to anyone that is even remotely interested! Thanks again Al.

I am sure he will. I am waiting on a response for over 2 days as well. This gets a bit frustrating, but we can all read that he is beyond busy. The guy is a 1 man show where he could probally be busy even with a few helpers.
try to be patient and we will all get handled ...I'm sure
evovette....congrats on the power you made even with having issues

Most people dont sit in the waiting room all day, they drop it off and pick it up later, but for those who do stay, there is a nice tv and big couch, lots of reading. We dont let customers in the shop for insurance reasons, deisel although 180 lbs is a big baby..
