I know you have been busy, but I ordered a boost controller over two weeks ago from you. You said that it would be $85 and take two days to get here when you were in MN (I ordered the next day after the custom tune). It was $95 on your website. It has now been two weeks. I have tried PM'ing you and emailing you multiple times at info@dynoflash.com with no response. What is the status?

Then he should not have told me two days if it would be two weeks right? Whether a person is busy or not their word is their word.....period. This post was also directed to Al. Al is a good guy and I know he is busy. I just want to get an answer on what the deal is. If he cannot ship it, I need to buy it from someone else. I'm sure something under a $100 would be considered little stuff, but an order is an order and when someone tells me something it should be done or I should get an explanation for why it has not been done. That is all I am asking for and I am asking it of Al.

I wanted to make this post to see if I can get an answer from Al or if I should start the paypal grievance process to get my money back.

I will ship you another tomorrow via Fed ex 2 day air.

If the first one shows up please just return it.

This won't make you feel any better, but I bought an MBC recently from Al and I had a tracking number in my inbox the day after I sent the PayPal. My mail in flash was sent back right away as well.

It doesn't mean things don't fall through the cracks occasionally, but Al's service has been great for me.

 

trust he will get to it. he is well known he doesnet want the controller he has bigger fish to fry.
