How would the 2 step rev limiter work? I currently have ECUTEK on my evo tuned by Doug @ TopSpeed.

The two step works when you have the clutch depressed in 1st gear you are on the two step limiter - with the ecutek I can raise the limiter to a higher lauch revs

Does Ecutek still use OBDII? In other words if I get an Ecutek install on my car will it be able to pass emissions no problem or will I have to get some stickers slapped on?

It is totally copmplaint with OBD II - no issues - stock ecu functions are retained
