I plan to install some HKS 272s and some ARP Head bolts before the Chicago Trip in hopes you can do a quick reflash for me if all spots are taken for full tunes.

My question is this: If I stay off of boost do you think the car will be ok driving from Indy to Chicago WITHOUT your 272 tune?

You tuned me a few months ago with the following:
Helix O2 Housing
Helix 3" DP
UR 3" HF Cat
Blitz Catback Exhaust
Blitz SUS Intake
Walbro 255
Blitz SBC-iD Electronic Boost Controller

If not should I just bring my ECU with me or do the whole mailing thing?

If you want a custom tune then get an appointment time while there are some left


If you dont want a custom tune - you should ship the ecu in by fed ex and get a revised base flash - driving with the wrong tune is not a good idea unless you have to

 

I would prefer you wait and see if your going to be ready. My travel, hotel and parking expenses are significant and I am comming there to service my Chicago customers not sit about as a result of canceled appointments.

It sounds like from your post that you recommend that I do NOT drive on the car, or drive as little as possible, until I get the new tune.

Can I bring my ECU up with me to Chicago and you reflash the ECU there? I would like to make this as easy, for the both of us, as possible.
