Are all of the plugs back into the ECU? If one isn't plugged in all the way it won't start.

Please ship the ecu back via fed ex so I can look it over. This type of situation is very VERY uncommon. There are two possible causes - 1 I may have made a error in installing a non compatable calibration file 0r - 2 the Ecu may have been damaged in shipment

When i recieve the ecu I will check it out and determine what is the cause. if the ecu is bad I will provide you with a replacement at no cost to you.

Sorry that you had a problem, I take great efforts to prevent this type of situation. Rest assured that I stand behind everything I do 100%

Thanks Al

All the plugs are in nice and snug (of course I checked this about 3 times). The car actually turns over, it just won't ignite. The ECU looked fine upon arrival. The Fed Ex box was in tact and the ECU was well packed with bubble wrap and peanuts. It doesn't appear damaged.

I will send it back to you via FedEx today.

I guess I'm gonna have to ride the CBR 1000 for a few days.

I hope you dont mind me posting this data here so people will see what the problem was :::

I bought the car new and sent the ECU to Shiv at Vishnu for a flash. When it came back the car wouldn’t start. He advised me to take it to the dealer and have it reflashed I did that and the car started. Shiv said I could send it back to him but he didn’t know if he could successfully reflash it.

That was when I called you about 3 months ago. I relayed this information to you and you said you thought you could fix it. So I sent it to you and it came back and worked. I knew it was flashed because the rev limiter was raised. However, I had fuel cut at any boost level over 19 pounds. Since removing the fuel cut was my main motivation for the flash in the first place I called you back and told you that I was having this problem. You advised me to change the plugs which I did but that did not resolve the fuel cut. You then told me to send it back to you and you would double check it to make sure the fuel cut was removed. I waited a few weeks to send it to you because I was getting cams installed. I figured I would have you fix the fuel cut and reflash for the cams at the same time.

That is a lot more information than you asked for but I wanted to make sure had all the context in one place.

Please send me the ecu back - I will reflash it with the revised 0300 code data - no problem - AL

I don't mind at all. While it wasn't my intention to publicly dis the folks at Vishnu, it is true that with Vishnu I got an ECU that didn't work and had to tow my car back to the dealer. That sucked.

With Al I got a can do attitude and my ECU worked (the first time). And this time when it didn't work he was prompt to call and email to let me know he would get it resolved one way or another.

Nuff said.
