Boost cut after flash?

I got flashed last week after installing a few mods. Took car for a quick drive and car would not rev past 3500 or so... at wide open throttle it wouldn't go past 3000. i checked all my IC pipes, bov, and turbo lines and everything seems to be in order and I really have no idea whats going on... any help?

rnr intake
megan manifold
megan o2 housing
megan down pipe
ultimate high flow cat
hks hi-power exhaust
helix IC pipes
walbro 255
MR diverter valve
ralliart plug wires
iridium -1 plugs

Having just gotten flashed is just coincidental, I assure you. Any CEL's or anything? Any oil in the crankcase?

It seems to be the common theme, not properly installing the fuel pump right. I'm guilty of it

OK just wanted to take the time to thank AL on here. I went back and looked at the stocker and saw that little white clip on the stocker... I'm going to put the walbro back in with it on there and see how she runs. thanks to J Dog for the link as well, it has good info. I know you're busy AL but thanks for taking the time to talk to me on the phone.

^^for someone who hasn't done it before it is pretty easy to miss something the first time. I've done many now without incident only because I learned from the first time. That's what is all about...learn from your mistakes, hopefully it isn't a costly mistake though
