1. Does it disturb the ECU reflash to disconnect the battery and reconnect several times ala stereo work etc..
2. I recently got back my dynoflashed ecu, does the performance enhancement take place right away or does the car need time to fully adjust to new baselines ie will it get better with time and miles?
3. Getting a Buschur downpipe and HKS twin fire ignition ....do I need a reflash or colder plugs?
...OK that was more like 4 or 5 but who's counting.

No and to elaborate on your second question, the flash is the best in it's initial state. In other words, the ecu may make some adjustments for bad gas or whatever down the road and run the bad fuel maps instead of al's performance maps. Resetting the ecu will cause the ecu to run al's maps. Something like that.
