i think i am probably just going to get the base flash for $175. My clutch is slipping a little but as long as i stay off the throttle i should be fine for a couple more weeks, and it'll save me the $100 deposit and the trouble of mailing in the ecu later for the flash.

At this point all IX tuning is via Ecutek based product which is nearly identical to the ecutek "Flash Evo" for all 2003 - 2005 Evo 8's of which I have been working with since it came out many months ago.
Also - I have been tuning ecutek with STI and WRX for over a year and I am factory trained by ecutek
I think I have completed about 100 ecutek tunes to date - although that is an approximate figure

Sweet PJ, Nice to see you back!! I hope you make some good power this time(not that you didn't make good power before).
I will be there on Sunday, I am the first one then my girldfriend's. I can't wait to see the Dyno result before and after.
I think we both having the SMC alcohol kit will make Al tunning a piece of cake. Al is a Master on this Alcohol Kit.
