Cool, who do you have tune your car or do you do it yourself?

 

I had Al custom tune it last year in SLC. My car is just lightly modded, though, and a flash was the best solution. What piggyback did you end up going with? There is a tuner in Boise that has experience with Evos and can tune about any system.

 

met him (I think) the other day at hooters. had an eclipse that had just put down over 700hp..

it is a street machine. noticed a cage, but very hard to see... bet he has snuck up on some unsuspecting v8's in the valley....

 

It seems like there are 4-5 guys. Someone schedule a date and place and let's start making deposits.

 

The next open date is the weekend of May 27/28. Right now, the Illinois guys are trying to get that weekend and already have 3 deposits in, so if you really have 5 guys for custom tunes, you'd need to get them in right away or shoot for a date in June.

What dates would be available in June?

 

The whole month of June is open except for any race events that Al will be attending. I just don't know what those are yet...

 

Let me know some solid dates for June when Al gets out of Jail

 

Oh I'm in contact with him whether in jail or not - in fact, we're speaking now. He may not even know his dates for a while, because that's pretty far out on the calendar, and Al's not one to maintain a day-planner, haha.

 

Just to report back, the guy tuned my car with the air flow and it drives awesome!! In fact, a stupid honda with a 75 shot of nos tried to challenge the evo and he couldn't touch it!! hahah!
