How much room do you need for all of the guys to get togther and road tune...I'm not being flashed just trying to get everyone else there to meet. Sounds fun to me. I'm thinking a big parking lot is what you need? I just emailed Guest services at the RBC Center in Raleigh and hopefully they will let us use the parking lot......easy to get to and only 6 miles from the airport right off I40.

Hey Al im trying to work this out, LOL. I have a custom tune allready, all I need added is alky, 280's and launch controll added. Hook me up with a price. So i can payup. I know a mail in tune upgrade on a custom is like 50bucks. Let me know how much for me to bring it to you pluss the launch control. or if you would rather I mail it in I can do that to. I just need a total.

 

i want to do ...but with my job its hard to commit a weekend...could i deposit and if something should come up could i get the cash back???

 

So Al you custom tuned my car back in October, but you did not have the two step launcher then. If you do wind up coming to Raleigh in March can you flash that in for me?

Sorry, man, that's the point of the deposit. You are reserving your timeslot that NO ONE else can get, and that is confirming that he will make money when he comes. If he travels down there and people back out, then he would end up losing money if he doesn't keep the deposit. Remember that when you put down a deposit to reserve a slot, that's a slot that no one else can get, so you have to be sure before sending the deposit.

 

If I'm not mistaken, if you've already had a custom road tune, then you get free mail-in flashes for life. You could just send it in and get a mail-in flash for the new mods, although you definitely want a custom tune for such a big-power combination as that...

Ihave acustom dyno tune. I just cant throw down the extra money right now for another custom tune. So ill just send it in to get the alky, and the 280's added. Ill still swing by, is there anyway I can get in for a launch controll add on? As i know its not done via mail in yet. thanks

 

Got a call back yesterday from guest services at the RBC center, and they said having the meet there was a no go. Concert there that night....and even if there wasn't we still couldn't use it. B*t*h. So we need to look for somewhere else, anyone have any ideas. Cary Towne Center..(security)....Triangle Towne (security)....etc...

Al had to stop doing free reflashes just for the addition of the 2-step, because it takes so long, which throws off the schedule. I don't see why you wouldn't get it when sending in for a mail-in flash, though. They ARE included with mail-in flashes. Was there somewhere you saw otherwise?

 

Hey, NC guys, if you want this weekend, you need to get those deposits soon, because I have about 10 guys waiting for Al, and I want to book this weekend. If you are unable to secure enough deposits, this weekend will be given to Denver, but that doesn't mean you can't do another weekend later...

 

Chris I own a health club off of i-40 exit 273 on 54 (border of Durham and Chapel Hill) we can use the parking lot here. Plus there is a Hampton Inn 100 feet away...
