No, I don't think that will cause you to rune lean, but you DO need a full retune to make the most of the ported bits.

 

My ecu was sent out today, Ill be doing a nother custom reflash later with bigger turbo. I just cant see getting a custom flash now just for the alky then adding a turbo later this year and having to get a 3ed custom flash. Its a great deal but i got to play it smart.

 

more of the reason for you to help me make my car faster... damn man i wont get to see that big turbo if you wait :-p I am out of NC in 4 months

I would say to wait for a custom reflash a week or two later. Al can still come down soon after this, but you still need to get enough deposits. Considering getting tuned at the SC trip or Atlanta trip if you have to. Last resort would be getting a mail-in flash for the ported stuff. I'm not sure if Al has a base file created for those parts with your exact mod combo.
