I had my ecu mail-in Dynoflashed at the end of Nov. 2005, and when I got it back, I found that Al had the 2 step rev limiter avaliable. I wanted it but I didnt, want to spend the $ to ship it again( It cost a lot more for me for some reason). So, I was driving down the highway and I stepped on the gas to see how much boost I was making and the T-bolt clamp blew off the TB for the 20th time. So now I'm on the side of the road fixing this problem again. T-bolt clamp was stripped so had to use a crappy worm gear one. When I get back in the car, I put it in first gear and rev it a couple of times to make what little boost it would make. But it stopped revving around 6100 rpm. I didnt realize what was going on until I saw 12 psi on the boost gauge. I was pretty excited about it, but I still have not launched with it, it seems a little scary. I will see if it helps at the track next month. And just so everyone knows, with my mods listed minus the flash,my best time at the track was 13.13@105.00 with a 1.899 60'. 2 months earlier my best was a 14.16@99.0 with a 2.1 60' with same mods minus self-tune safc and LM-1. Both times were at 21psi with Alky.

 

The 2-step comes standard on all flashes now, so you were flashed after he started offering it...

 

It was flashed right after Thanksgiving.

 

I didnt know I would get it without asking for it, I just never knew I had it.

 

Everyone gets it unless they specifically ask to not get it

Main point is that if its there you dont HAVE to use it you can launch in a regular manner also
