Yes, those are basic mods.

Why in the world do you have cam gears with 264s, and why are they set to -2/-2? I don't think I've ever seen that...

I recommend no cam gears and no settings on 264s. Who told you to do -2/-2 on those? They don't need any cam gear settings, and they are already optimum for the track...not drag.

I don't think you need them at all. I'm trying to find out where you got the -2/-2 specs from...

In anticipation of the custom tune with Al next week I went down to Axiom in Lakewood today to test my car on their dyno. I figured since it was close why not, and I can use it as a base line for before an after the custom tune.

I am a little disappointed and confused with the results however. They have a Dynapack, and with the mods on my car (Espelir 3in CB, Forge MBC (12 clicks), and base DynoFlash) I only made 258hp/287tq.

My car is driving great, and feels way more powerful than stock. Based on other peoples results with the same or less mods I find my numbers hard to believe. The torque is decent, but the HP is hardly more than stock.

I suppose I could not have the MBC set high enough. According to the stock MR boost gauge I am getting roughly 20 lbs of boost in 1st – 4th gear, and 21 lbs of boost in 5th – 6th gear. I have heard the stock gauge is not very good/accurate, but I decided I would wait and see what Al had to say at the custom tune before cranking it up more. There are no exhaust or boost leaks either.

I might suspect their dyno, but Shiv at Vishnu got very good 300hp/tq numbers with fewer mods on Evo9s at his tune day there last weekend.

I don’t know, what do you guys think?

That's a little weak for an EVO 9 on that dyno. Hopefully, Al will find that 70-90whp your missing when he custom tunes you.
