Ok! I have a feeling all this nagetive comments are coming toward me. So, let me come out and say it. The first PM I sent to Dyno Flash was sometime in early Jan about a tune day in WA. They told me no problem, 5 people (we have 7 EVOs ourself, three in my house)... They also told me a group of guys in Oregon are looking at a tune days in March as well. So I look into it, that could be fun. Sure enough there you guys are. At the beginning I wasn't going to come because of the long drive (we are from nothern northwest). About a 2 weeks or so ago I look at the post and found that you guys do not have enough people to fly Al out to Oregon. So as a good neibor, I started to ask around and see if we could push our car ahead for tuning and help out. 48hrs after that, three of us are ready to go. So I placed our deposits (that was Monday the 13) figure we are helping. Wow! Little did we know. Now we are the bad guys! We are cutting line! Dipping into your coolaid! And we own somebody! I dont think so... The northwest have always been a good group of people. Good events and good times. From Subbies/VW/EVO/VETTEs all good people. Y'all should think about what you say online......

Nothing was said online that shouldn't have been said. It's great that you are coming to get tuned, but these guys had all their deposits in before you ever said a word. What you did or said behind the scenes did not help what was happening right here on a daily basis. Way, way after Al agreed to book his flight and come, you and some other guys (not just your group of 3) came on and started trying to snag slots before the original group even got their chance. Everything got thrown out of whack and slots got filled in the improper order. It doesn't look like anyone is missing out now, but it would have been nice if the person who actually did all of the work (carbonevo) got first choice...or ANY choice...as opposed to just getting the last available slot. It's no big deal now, because it's all over and done with, but it doesn't change the fact that you and everyone else owe him one (whatever "one" may be).

If I understand correctly, a base flash on an 8, you should just be able to show up with the money and if he gets time, he will do it. Of course you might have to wait till he gets time though. I'm not totally sure on this though.

ok buddy! whatever!

Carbonevo, I will personnally come down to portland and buy you beer. It is a sh*&*y deal that you got screw a little. I was only trying to help.

Just so everybody else know. We are cool... If you Oregon guys want all three of our slots, we are more then happy to back out of them and get another day with Al in Washington. But the only way we will do that is all three with permission to transfer by Dyno Flash. That way we are not there to take YOUR slots. But until then, we are all still coming (with beer for carbonevo )

There is plenty of room, he is going to extend his visit if we have enough customers. No need to back out.

We are not saying we are 'backing out'. Dyno Flash is a business. We will not back out and screw everybody else. Most importantly We are not going to screw Dyno Flash. We are only offering to smooth things out in the NW. After all, we know we will be seeing a lot of you in other events. Why make enermy when we can make friends. The whole thing started with a good intension. We do not wish to engage anyone unless we are on the track doing it with a smile. Thats all we are going to say here. The offer stand as long as needed.

The problem with my careful and slow tuning is that i can only tune 5 or 6 cars a day

When you take from 2 - 3 hours per tune it is impoissble to do a lot of cars

I really appreciate the strong support in OR and have no problem to re-book my plabe ticket and stay a few more days if we have more guys
