If he already has a license on the ecu it would be $375 for the custom retune

Also - I need to know how many want to go on the dyno vs. the road tune

remember those going on dyno will pay $100 additional to the dyno shop for your dyno time in addition to my normal fees

$450 Evo IX custom tune

$375 Evo VIII custom tune

$300 - exisiting customer retune custom tune

$175 base flash Evo 8

$250 Evo IX base flash

Does anyone know if a dyno tune is better than a road tune?

My opinion is that a road tune is better for street cars

Basically the chance to drive the car on a real road for 2 hours assures that it wont be knocking under any possible driving conditions

using a dyno can net you a bit more power in some areas of the map - however - the big issue is IF the ecu is going to pull timing aftwards when you start pushing it hard on the road

Both can yield great results when you have a lot of tuning expereince

I'm probably going to have to pull out. I was hoping to get my AFR's fixed and a two-step added, but I'm running way too short on money right now.

Al, my car was custom tuned by you in Utah, now it's much closer to sea level, and I'm having idle issues and the rear bumper is blackening! No mods were added since you tuned it....I thought previous custom tune owners got a free custom retune?
