I didn't know it blew an engine until tonight. My buddy, who is also a pro BMXer told me about this 700 HP EVO 4 or 5 days ago, but he didn't know who tuned it, so this morning I made this post. Then I was kickin it with him tonight and he said he just talked to Scotty and he said his engine blew.

Then why not let him get on the board and say something... Since you don't really know exactly what's happening maybe you shouldn't be pointing fingers...

I never pointed fingers. Never bashed anyone.

Like Al said, it was an oil problem and had nothing to do with tuning.

At first I just wanted to know who tuned this 700 HP EVO and didn't know it blew an engine. Then I found out it blew an engine and read that Al said that no one was gonna admit or deny that they tuned, so I said what I did on post #13. But it doesn't matter who tuned it cuz it was an engine problem, not a tuning error.

Just like everyone else, I'm also very tired of this vendor vs vendor bashing that has been going on lately.

I beleive that what happend was the owner of the car in question did not check his oil during the break in of a race motor and wound up with 2 quarts oil left

BTW - Evo_Kid - how is that Exede treating you ?

The Xede is treating me good, just got my Zeitronics Datalogging stuff and about to start tuning.
But I was looking into the ECU+ and might get that as soon as it controls boost, which is the only feature its missing right now.

Also, Al if its OK with Pruven and Scotty, can you post the results of the new engine after its broken-in and tuned.
