Hi there, Stephen here from IA Performance (Tucson, AZ). Just just received a phone call from Carlos and we're currently working on discounted dyno group rates at our new Mustang AWD equipped facility. Carlos should have more info.

Thanks Steve,

I will give you guys more details of our conversation. We talked about prices for the Dyno($50/hour to $60/hour) depending on how many people.

The shop is located at Marana, just as you leave Tucson. Perfect spot , right in the middle of Sierra Vista and Phoenix guys, excellent for Tucson Evo owners.

Stephen already has the AWD Mustang Dyno on hand, he is not running customers cars because he is waiting for the certificate from City of Tucson to allow him to work on cars on his new location.

We are looking at second or third week of March at this moment but mostlikely sooners as he expects his certificate to be ready within the next few days.

I highly recommend this new location since I have been customer of Steve for years and he is a very knowleadable on Evos and STI/WRX community, not to mention some of his customers cars have been displayed in car magazines multiple times.

Carlos

Lukytri,

Only the people serious about it would act, we are adults and not childs, if someone is really interested on this tunning they should start making their move.

Al needs notice in advance, I am contacting everyone in a daily basis just in case someone is not reading this topic, I am even calling some people over the phone.

Al needs the paypal as a sign of willingness, we can't afford to have a tunner flying here and waste everyones time.

People needs to start sending the Paypals, cashiers check, money order or whatever so that Al can arrange the reservation of his tickets/hotel.

As far is the tunning, as right now we have enough people for a two day tunning, we just need to know if you guys are willing to wait for mid March and have your car tune at IAperformance on the Mustang Dyno or instead do it sooner and have it done at Dynochip.

It is the peoples choice, IA performance says can do it from 21st March to 26th March any day perhaps sooner if he gets the new shop Dyno open.

Feel free to comment of suggest. Thanks!!

Well since you claim to have a handle on this, how come you dont know what's going on with the tune, Al just said the dates he can come, now you want to change things all around. If you cant coordinate this maybe you should step back?
I asked a simple question since Al wants money for a deposit! So answer the question since youre the coordinator.

I personally don't want to wait till March, I like the 20th as Al suggested. So that's why I asked who is up for the 20th and 21st? I don't want to be the only one sending in 100 if no one else is?? make sense.... should we have someone else more capable of coordinating this step up or can you handle it.....

I will not pay anything if we have no set in stone place of tune or a date for that matter. so why don't you set something up instead of insulting people!!!!

ohh and sinse you make all the phone calls you should know what most people want to do!!! post some ideas to give the rest of us somthing to go by!!!

The way it goes now, first serve, as soon as you have the money sent it so you can reserve your spot. I am aiming for 20-21th Feb Dynochip and if you can't make it then I would also support you for a second tunning sesion on mid March with IAperformance.

Thanks Ray,

I am calling and e-mailing people everyday, some people don't reply to me until several days but I am determine to help people here regardless and definately would not bring the dirty laundry on Al's forum.

Anyway, I don't think I offended anyone, I think everyone understand what I meant when I say we are adults and not child... a different history would have been if I say:

people, act like adults!! or saying: stop being childish!!

In this case I only said: we are adults and not child. But as you can see I am blamed for it.

I am not in a salary with Dynoflash, I don't get cookies or presents from him, I am doing this because I like to help people. It is my time and I enjoy helping setting this up. Unfortunately I get critizised.

Anyway, Ray, I am off on Friday and the weekend , I would like to go to your house and get my parts installed. Thanks!!

Peace.

Carlos

Drat the luck everytime Al has come to Tucson to perform his skills, I'm out of the country.
I vote for the March date as second tuning session I will be back in Tucson for that one.
Will there be enough of a turnout to persuade Al to do 2 sessions?

I will be more than glad to accomodate you for a second tunning date. I am aware some people wouldn't make it to the first tunning sesion so definately I will put you for March 21st-26st at IAperformance new shop, new Mustang Dyno(Tucson).

Thanks!!

I keep telling Carlos (fromWRXtoEVO) that he spends too much time trying to put things together so people like you can get a chance to get their cars tuned by a reputable tuner, in this case Al.
I find your comments towards him totally out of proportion. Carlos is one of the most reputable members of evolutionM and he doesn't deserve to be flamed by a punk like you.
