Its funny you would say that! I am a punk, but in this case things where very unclear.
I simply asked for some facts in order to help everyone else out in that i would be another contributor to the cause. By him saying i was a child was a bit harsh, and maybe I reacted a bit harsh aswell. I think Carlos knows what im talking about.

Carlos is a very nice guy and hats off for geting this done!!

I just want to let everyone in here know how hard Carlos has been working to make this happen. I personally know he has been calling, e-mailing and sending PMs to anybody that would be serious in getting their car tuned by Al. He is not getting paid to do this, he is doing it out of his good heart. That is why I think it's rude for some people to insult him for what he is doing. I don't see anybody else taking the initiative and time to set this up, not even offering some help! If it wasn't for him, you wouldn't have this great opportunity to get your car tunned by Al.

The comment he made about "being adults and not children", was not meant to insult anybody, but if the shoe fits, wear it. As adults, we are free to choose how and when we do things. We don't need other people to tell us what to do. If you want your car tunned, take the necessary steps to secure your spot in the session instead of criticizing Carlos' hard work.

Carlos, you are doing a wonderful job (and I'm not just saying that because I'm your girlfriend) but because I see how much you enjoy helping other people out with their cars even if you do it for free. Don't let anybody bring your spirit down, we all appreciate what you're doing!!!!!!!!

It is Ok, I appreciate the comments. At the end all that I want is a happy end. I am 100% LUKYTRY would crack is a$$ up when he heards me in person with my strong accent and see that I am funny and cool to hang around .

I can see his frustration, he want his tunning and somehow I havent had a definite plan so that is what sparked everything.

Just for the record, I planed this tunning well over a month ago, I know for a fact some of the guys in the list did not even had their cars ready( PJ had his car in the impound lot), Scott did not have his block ready, Shadrick was having his cylinder head done at Buschur, another Evo owner did not have the money ready, my car parts were in order but I don't mention all this things. I called people back and forth to check on their status weekly.

I called Dynochip weeks ago, I also contacted IA performance a long time ago and off course, I e-mailed Al almost everyday with the updates, definately I put a lot of my time to get this done.

I think positive, we will have a great tunning sesion, perhaps two tunning sesions at two different dates. Lets make this project fun.

Carlos

I have two questions... Are the dates set for 18-21st? And for Al, If you cant make any more power out of my car(which could be the case), would you save my ECUtek tune and put it back if you cant make any more power... When I get these questions answered, I'll decide whether I'm in...

Ryan (Precision),

Based on availibilty I go with Al's agenda, he says that he can do it 20-21st Feb.
My topic started saying 18-20 Feb because I did not have confirmation from Al at the time.

Now is 20-21st Feb but I will confirm it tomorrow. I called azDynochip a few weeks ago and they said they are open for tunning, I must confirm that today, I also sent them a e-mail but haven't had a response yet.

The important thing is to send your paypal and reserve your spot, I can accomodate you at anytime. Please feel free to pm me if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thanks!!

Carlos

No problem. I appreciate your interest. Please, pm him or call him as soon as you can , I wish to have you in our team soon

By the way, don't worry too much, with your mods in your signature you should make tons of power.

was that on the 20G TME? Anyway, I was asking because we have similar mods:
Alcohol injection,Cams, fuel pump,Lower and Upper pipes,MBC and a exhaust known to be quiet.

I really wish you good luck, I will be switching to Methanol this time..

PJ,

I am installing the parts on the very botton on my signature block (Intercooler,HKS DLI II,header,o2 housing) , plus I will swapp from alcohol to methanol and maybe swapp to a #10 nozzle.

I have an update, AZDynochip called me and they say they are close on Monday(Presidents day) but if the demand is there that they will send a guy to open the shop for us on Monday , otherwise it will be on Tuesday the 21st.

Dyno prices are not release yet, the initial number is too high in my opinion so I am negotiating the price with them. I will update you guys.

Carlos

i wont be able to get off work on Tuesday, so if they cant open on Mon... I am out...

And yes Carlos, that was with the 20g.. I hope to gain quite a bit more since I have the boost leak mostly solved...

If you cant get them to lower their price, we will have to go elsewhere... We can choose where we want to go.... Just keep that in mind
