i picked up the white ssl, i wanted a GG or EB but they couldnt find one in raleigh or anywhere close and i was trading in a truck that was going upside down a bit on it, so they gave me an extra 2000 on the truck, well, 1000 and dropped 1000 on the car if i took the white one, and after sitting there and staring at it, it grew on me very quick...very clean looking..... i loved the mr seats, but hate the gauges they come with... wouldnt mind the 6 speed either. overall im really happy with her.... she's quite quick now

 

what mods... because of purchasing ? or time to install ? let me know what you are planning on getting and depending on what it is, i bet we can install in less than 3 hours... i bet i can get myself and another friend fresh srt to help out

yeah, did that the other day when i changed my oil... also installed my boost controller. just waiting on my flash and to get my darn cat delete modded and installed because hop up racing is a bunch of false advertising scrubs and sent me something i wasnt expecting and now i have to get it modded to work. i will have it done though by whenever we need to be ready

Naw i am gonna have tbe, and hks rs, already have perrin boost tube.BTW wassup with everybody bashing on evo owners with VTA bovs? Ive had a s14 with a sr for over 2 years with a hks and neither have had any problems and doesn't hurt the car. Been building cars for years and im a technician??? I guess the hardcore guys just hate it when a car goes pppsshhhhhh.. but i honestly love it. Hate me if you will. I'm just ready to get my parts and get flashed so i can spank some stangs and all my dads vettes.

 

Because an S14 is not an Evo. No one said VTA itself was bad; we are saying it's bad on the MAF-equipped Evo. An Evo that has the MAF removed and is running speed density can use VTA all day. It's awful to purge metered air on a MAF system, though...

shut up poser.... you dont need the fuel pump until you start running higher boost or starting to get into mixing race fuel in your tank for track days. at least thats my opinion. even if you dont add any major parts, the flash will up your horses by about 35 i bet. Al is a great milker of our engines capabilities..... and fresh what happened to ya tonight with the holdem ? blowing the boys off for the other crew huh ? ..... anyway, if the date is sooner then later i am down.... let me know

I am in fact eventually going to go with a ems and a gt35r, but that is way down the road my lazy *** needs to stop drifting and get flashed and tbe and shiznit.

 

Yes, you definitely need to stop drifting and get into some real racing with the Evo. When you go with that GT35r, let me know, because I'll snag your stocker.

Yeah i was gettin into wwaaayyy too mch trouble drifting...youre always havin to fix something...plus if you wanna talk about being ricers i honestly think that is what is happening with drifting.. Come on when you got civics and mustangs drifiting on cable tv its gone way too far.. sellin the s14 and makin the evgo the black beast from the east.
