Refund On Our Deposits

due to the lack of communication and no other make up date al, we'd like our deposits back. i'm sure your busy but i find it ignorant that you've responded to other threads and you dont have the common courtesy to let us know if its goin to happen or not.

yeah i agree...please refund my paypal amnjester@yahoo.com .. I think this is crazy it goes this way because your so wanted but again can ignore other customers. I dont really call you being busy i see a lack or respect for customer service. Your not the only tuner around at least the others have better communication. I am switching tuners.

If you gentleman were following what i posted, I needed a few days to move a few obligations about to free up some time to make the nc/sc trip happen

Right now I am in HI tuning cars and will be traveling the next few days so i wont have any answers for you till mid week

Those who want a refund just PM me your contact information - 1 real name - 2 email address 3 pay pal deposit transaction refreence # and I will promptly refund your depoist

For reference - those who request a deposit refund will not be alllowed to participate in the truning trip when it occurs

I appologize for the delays in the trip which were related to to cancelation of air flights due to bad wether. Please have patience while I re-arrange my scedule to accomidate the new proposed trip.

If you gentleman will notice I have been booked solid every weekend for the past few months.; This is what makes it very difficult to re-schedule a trip that is canceled due to a flght cancelation.

The first opportunities I have shall be the 22nd - 25th of March which I have been holding open for a NC / SC trip. As I suggested, I needed to cancel and postpone so other obligations to free up that time for travel which is what I am working on.

Right now, I bearly have 6 or so depoists combined with NC and SC

If we have a few ask for deposits back I am sure its going to wind up with less than the needed 5 guys to do a trip.

I understand your frustration, however please be patient and we will make this happen. There is a reason why I am so busy doing this, it is becuase of the good tuning and fair prices that I offer so please be patient guys and dont cut off your nose to spitre your faces.

Al

i'm not bad mouthing al. he does great work, i just think hes got alot on his plate and hes only one man. what i said in the first post wasnt bad mouthing persay, i was just letting him know how myself and some others felt. thats all. but like you said, there are other tuners out there and do great work also so i'm goin to have to go that route to get the car right before track season starts. i plan on goin to alot of events this year as long as the car lets me.
