Al, just a note to says thanks to you and SpeedFactor in DC who stayed open till 10:30 PM while we worked on my custom roadtune back in Jan.

Some folks were wondering about DynoFlash results for a IX but I can't find the old thread...and I finally got back on a dyno for a couple of post-tune runs.

My IX was putting down 300/249 pre-tune but after your custom road tune I hit 325/309! A nice +25whp gain and a huge +60wtq gain!

There you have it sports fans!

AWassup you on 93 octane? I'm gettin a custom road tune the end of march in sc. Mods are megan tbe hks rs and perrin boost tube and blitz boost controller. You think i can expect that much of a gain from the tune? I mean REALLY man i keep hearing good things about dynoflash but can you tell THAT much of a difference? and is the launch control that usefull?? Thanx man sweet numbers

 

Yeah no kidding, Al is the $hit man!! I am seriously thinking of converting my mail in flash to a custom tunning on the Evo 9. I am happy as it is but I believe a custom tunning might yield more power.

Yep 93 oct. How much can you tell? I guess that would depend on your set up...I think the more mods the more you need to be tuned and with that much diff in wtq, I think you will feel the push. I don't know if I can tell between 25 hp but I won't turn it down.
