I've sent an email to Magnecor with a link to this thread and have asked them to respond. I'm assuming they'll either email me or post something on their web site. If I hear anything, I'll pass it along.

There are only two out of 4 you can replace on an evo

I would keep them stock buyt if you just cant live without the LOOK of having some colored wired the Ralliart ones are at least functional
Have you tuned any Evo with Nology Hotwire??
I just bought a set for my EvoIV and dont know if there going in

After modifying the plugs to fit better and using zip ties to hold them the coil they ran just fine. My main problem was the HKS DL-II. After removing it the car stopped missing.

Did you try going back to the stock wires with the DL-II?

Here is a video/audio of my Magnacor MISFIRE!!! I swapped out these and put my stock wires back on, and the problem is gone!! If you hear this sound, and have the Magnacor wires, it is the MAGNACOR wires!!

Well my car (turbo) blew up so I can't test the DLII with the stock wires now. Once the car is running I will let you guys know. Maybe it was a bad combo

Got some for Christmas and after throwing codes 3 times, finally figured it out. Slow, I guess. Went back to stock wires. No codes, no problems.

The Ralliart plug wires work as good if not better and fit like stock.

I had the magnecor wires and took digital pictures of the fitment issues along with measurements and spoke extensively and gave all of that to Steve Brown at Magnecor.

The only resolution was for them to make a more custom length wire, but that did not resolve the BOOT fitment issues since it's the boot that slides off because it's oversized.

I would never run them again on my EVO period.

I have been running the Ralliart wires (blue ones) which are identical to stock and the car pulls a little harder and smoother with the setup I have on my car. I put the stock wires back on and I can tell the difference at WOT, the car doesn't seem to be as crisp or sharp with the stock wires vs. the Ralliart ones.

Just my observation.

I also have the railliart wires, had them on for about 6-7 months with no problem, feels smoother up top also for me.
