I cant imagine why someone would think your knocking but still pulling out 109 trap with little mods....shop owners amaze me sometimes. Its sad because some people will actually believe this guy because he owns a shop.

 

I dont know if its good gearing (MR 6speed) or great driving , but i was only running 12.5's at 109mph (03 5 speed)

 

It's the 6spd rev limiter issue. I'm quite sure he's trapping closer to 111mph in reality, but if you recall, I had the same problems when I started hitting 12.2s before my flash. I was hitting 12.2 with mph anywhere from 109.0 to 110.7. I know he has a flash, but he is hitting his limiter for some reason.

Another factor is if you look at his timeslip and my 12.26 timeslip, I beat him to the 1/8th by .08s, but only .01s at the 1/4 even though I had a higher mph. Since I shift 4th before the 1/8th, that doesn't make sense. He was probably going faster than it seems.
