Results from Atco- Dynoflash tuned

Hit the track yesterday and just wanted everyone to know that with only a mail in tune (v2 I believe) and a turboback I was able to hit a 12.2. There are vids in the drag section and here is my timeslip.
Al, do you think I can get more power with a different flash without going with a MBC? I'd like to hit 11's with as few mods as possible, mabye a custom tune? Let me know, I'd be happy to drive up there and will be going to a different track friday.
Let me know what you guys think, BTW my car is an EVO 8 MR

nice shifting, a local guy with a k&n drop in, tbe, and mail in dynoflash about trapped that mph on an 05 MR, so it seems pretty common for the mods.

Wow nice. Check out my slips. I went quicker to 1/8mile and had the SAME MPH but didn't launch as well as you did. Nice man...click my link, wierd how similar, shows me what's coming with reflash, new UICP, pump, and injectors. CONGRATS on a quick run.

Powerfull reflash, better check fuel trims and make sure you're not knocking or running lean...that's a lot of power on an 05. A lot of BOOST as well. Get yourself a logger or get on a dyno if you can. Keep it safe. That's the only reason my reflash isn't done. My car is running toward 14:1...not rich enough for me. I'm looking for 12:1. Just a heads up, don't want to see you pop your motor on excessive boost. Most mail in reflashes are just that!

Where are you getting what psi hes running? You seem to have no idea what your talking about. I trapped 108 with the same mods and mail in flash, but my flash is for an open filter and im running a stock air box.

Geeze, nice launch. I hope I can throw down some comparable times with my '05.

BTW, Did you do a stock baseline run? If so, what did those times look like?

Well I dont have a MBC and I don't think the boost was raised with the flash.Reads 1.5 bar on my stock worthless gauge like it did when it was stock, it just dosen't fall off as fast.

You have no need for injectors and won't and won't really see gains from an UICP. The pump and flash are highly recommended, though.

Whoa whoa whoa, man, where are you coming from with all this stuff? First of all, you aren't running anywhere near 14:1. You also do NOT WANT TO BE at 12:1. You are most likely in the 10s, and you only want low to mid 11s after the flash.

He wouldn't be knocking and wouldn't be lean on a base flash, especially if he's rocking out with those mphs.

Also, earlier you said you were quicker in the 1/8th and had the same mph, but you were nowhere near as quick in the 1/8th, and your mph was 1 lower.

Just curious where you git the uicp and injectors idea from, because I was not planning on doing that.
