Yeah, you can just Paypal right before the tuning weekend no problem. Yes, a fuel pump is required in order to get your base flash - it's just for your protection as a precautionary measure.

Hey I sent deposit to dynoflash thru paypal a few weeks ago for a dallas trip(which was a bust) Can I just go to Houston one instead? Is it best to email him or call? ...(to let him know I want to go to houston.)

Do me a favor and send the following to info to Al via PM:
- Full name
- Paypal address
- Date payment was sent
This way Al can find it in his Paypal archives then get you a timeslot.
