They won't check unless the car plays the Empirial March when it's idling, or snaps their neck when they test drive it. I'm about to do the mail-in thing for the second time. Ask the other modded owners, if you don't tell them it's modded, they won't ask.

I remember leaving a phone number. If not, I also left email. The phone number was in that too.
