Basically I am trying to find out my tuning options for when I get alky. I live in an area that has no tuners and no dyno's within 5 hrs. I was wondering the possibilities of getting an mail in flash or if there were other options.

 

Why would YOU assume that?? If that were the case, HE could tell me. I am just trying to ASSIST!! He is not answering, we might be able to answer some of his questions UNTIL Al answers. Go somewhere else 4G63

 

I personally, (you can wait for 4G63 to HELP you out, he obviously doesn't work in customer relations!) would take it with the mods you will put on the car, and drive the 5 hours for a "hands-on" tune. You dont have to do it all the time, but once you get it done with the volatile Methanol, thats it. 1 trip, one tune. then you are set.

I personally am driving 4 hours for a tune next week, and did do a 7 hour one way trip for a dyno in GA last July. 1st time in GA was to tune the methanol, but it wasn't working correctly. THIS time next week, is for the same thing to do a HANDS on tune with the methanol. See what Al says, but this is what I would do.

 

Yea it is worth the drive for a custom tune, I will be making a 4 hour trip this spring for mine...

Basic fundamental of logic is simple, direct communication is essential for

accountability. the author of this post was simply asking for Al to respond to

his/her inquiry.

I am glad that your having fun w/ your underwear and cheetoes, very

classic though. Its pityful to waste my time with you..but open your mind

maybe theirs something you might positively learn...perhaps consider stop

eating cheetoes.
