Sweet! Do I get a cookie or something

On a side note how much does someone usually pick up with a custom tune over a mail in? I need to pick up a meth kit and get tuned when you are in Seattle sometime.

Reflash Needed!!

Hey, I've been looking into either Vishnu or DynoFlash for an ECU FLASH and I'm wondering what I can expect in the quarter mile with a reflash from DynoFlash on my 2006 Evo IX. My current mods are only an injen intake w/ic pipes and a magnaflow cat-back exhuast.

What you can expect in the 1/4-mile has very little to do with the tuner you choose and very much to do with:

1) Launching ability (usually very poor for most, especially newbies)
2) Shifting speed
3) Knowledge of when to shift each gear
4) Weather conditions
5) Track conditions
6) Altitude
7) Octane
8) How well the car was put together
9) How good your particular mods are (injen intake doesn't do much, and magnaflow cat-back is not very good)

What I can tell you is that a IX on the East Coast with 93oct in 60-degree weather with a cat-back, intake, mbc, and flash can run low 12s in the 1/4.
