My refund is short

I paid $49.99 for the Eflash in addition to the $89.99 cable for a total of $139.98. You only refunded $45, and now owe me $4.99.

Edit: Forget the rest of the original post. I refuse to sink to a lower, combative level. Just send the money, and have a great day.

I paid $179 and I don't even care. I think it was worth every penny and would've paid more. Plus, I get to keep the cable and flash at will.

I don't see the point of this post. If you paid for the flash, then why did you want a refund, whats the problem here?

Normally, I would be with you on this one. However, in this instance, my hand has been forced. In the 7 weeks since I paid, my PM's are not read, and my emails are not acknowledged. I can not imagine how yet another PM would have brought me the resolution I deserve.

dan628, I did not request the refund. It was simply given to me, 25 days later, citing my mods as the reason. I'm confused as well, but at this point, I just want to end this and move on. I've missed a large chunk of the racing season while waiting.

Sorry to hear that. What exact mods do you have? Hell, Al tuned my car with all my "****** perrin parts" so I don't see what mods you could have that he wouldnt do it.

Mods: Buschur Intake, TBE, LICP
Forge MBC
SS O2
Walbro

Basically Stage 1 plus LICP, O2, and FP, although I didn't order the parts that way. I pieced them together.

You know, I'm not trying to draw blood here. I'm sure the man is a talented tuner, or why else would I have chosen him when I live within minutes of quite a few well-known tuners here in the Bay area? For some reason he chose to refund me, and I just want what is due. 'Nuff said.

PM is the email or phone call is the preferred method to resolve these kind of issues

The cable is $89.99 PLUS $5.00 shipping and handling - same price at tactrix

Thanks
