i just sent al my payment for an eflash...talked to him on AIM...very friendly guy....and lord and behold 15 minutes later...i have my eflash!!! wowww now i know why they call it an eFLASH 
I back him up as well. I got my ECU back from a 6000miles round trip within 42 hours after I shipped to him.. He did a mail-in flash on the Evo 9. The customer service was simple, cheap and reliable.
