WRX vs. EVO event
Just wanted to let everyone know that I took first place the the stock appearing EVO heads up class at englishtown today in my car equipped with a dynoflash mail in tune..I got a new best et and trap speed of 12.200@111.40.. My car is bone stock original with only mods being MR DV, 3 inch TB, and dynoflash tune..I think the numbers speak for the quality of the product Al offers..And to clear things up I have an EVO 8 MR..
Al, I put special thanks to dynoflash in that newsletter thing.. There were no 9 second evo passes if I remember correctly..

You see "bone stock except" because I only have 2 power mods, and one is a dynoflash. I'm not leaving anything out like boost control ect.. It's all original including clutch..
60 ft. was 1.69, not great but neither were track conditions, I was spinning each time and it just got worse at the night went on.I dont know current hp/tq numbers but I dyno'd 298/301 with this same reflash with catback and test pipe on a mustang dyno..

congrats! i see "bone-stock, except" a lot......you're not stock, period. what was your 60' on the run?? what are your hp/tq numbers?? good run for so few mods

I believe turbotrix won the event and took the contingency money and prize from an event that they were presenting..

Its too bad Big Valley couldn't make a pass like they did at Atco a couple months back....I know everyone was anxiously awaiting their arrival, and hoping they could bring home another win for the Subarus. It would have been cool to see them take out all the evos again.
The blue evo that raced the TTR evo gave them a run for their money. It looked like Jeff missed a gear, but the blue evo couldn't pass him...really really close race though, and had the crowd standing up.. I think what really killed the event was the other events taking place...it couldn't have been more annoying....
