I don't either. All I know is before the o2 boost was solid and right after it was out of control. I could hit 20+ psi at less than 1/4 throttle. NO other mods istalled at that time.

Whats goin on dino? nice to see you doing some exhaust on that bad boy
I will try to explain waht has been going on with theese 02 housings in my opinion.
Ebay 02 housings and the like are an excellent mod for cheap, and most likely due to the high production numbers and low cost, the quality control of theese items has suffered SLIGHTLY. I have seen plenty of theese guys and the welds look good for the most part, but quite a few of them do not have as much excess material removed from the 02 passage where it meets with main exhaust tubing as they should..I have seen 02 housings with bent metal and burrs cloging the 02 passage, but for the most part, the real problem is that the hole drilled into the main exhaust tube is not large enough, if that makes any sense..Think about the inlet of the 02 housing being pleany bigger then the hole of the WG on the hotside, then when that gas wants to get out of the 02 housing it has to go through a jagged edged, turbulance causing hole, that is 25% smaller then the opening..
I looked at the 02 before I installed it on my car and immediately began opening up the 02 passage in order to combat this problem..And I did this with knowing nothing of boost creep problems people have experienced, but because I could tell just by looking at it.
Hope this helps.

hey pete whatsup dude. Yeah I am doing the exhaust finally! I started to get to work on the 02 housing last night, but lost all motivation once I saw was a PITA it is. I have done my fair share of wrenching in the past, I just didnt feel like taking the manifold and or radiator off. Plus I was fraid that if I did try to even attemp to start taking t apart while on the car I would break a bolt or something. The only write up i have found was from 500whp.com. and it basically tell you, take this off then this, then that. reinstall in reverser order. yeah, THanks. Since you did yours, if you could give me a push in the right direction that would be cool. I remember you saying it wasnt too bad. Just wondering if you took the manifold out or not. thatnks dude.

I since I did have the rest of the exhaust off though I did install the Turbo XS TBE with test pipe. I lke it. it sounds good. The hardware kit that it comes with was a little incomplete. It needs the supplied spacers for the two front ties bars to clear, and it looks lke the DP is really tight by the ACD. But we'll see. I am going to look at it again in the air in a day or so, make sure is NOT rubbing. Scott from TTP, said he hates that DP more then any of them. I hope hes wrong...but we'll see
