The way you explained your question in the 2nd post is nothing like what you asked in the 1st post. I answered a lot, but you didn't reply to that at all. You didn't give any credit to my help nor did you discuss with me your feelings on what I said. All you did was make a sarcastic remark, that although was in jest, it appeared to be negative. After all, if it was just a joke, why did you not follow it up with some actual discussion on the answers I gave you? I wasn't offended by it, which is why you didn't see me respond like the other guys who got a little angry, but I was definitely wondering why you took the time to write that "joke," but took no time to discuss your question and my answer. Isn't that why you asked the question?
Anyway, yes, you get very similar gains on a stock car as you would with a modded car when getting a flash. You don't need mods to see gains from the retune, because the stock tune is extremely rich up top. A flash without an MBC will also remove some taper, which will give additional power gains up top mainly.
