Quick Question to Al. What would a BASE Flash encompass in terms of mods for an Evo VIII/IX?

You can have a stock car and you can flash it. But i would say get a TBE, fuel pump, mbc, and maybe a drop in intake not need asap. with those 3 mods will see nice gains with his flash.
