I for one enjoy seeing whats going on with our competition which is why I am also a member of NASIOC. However, this section is full of enough worthless posts as it is. This definitaly doesnt belong here, OTHER cars yes, EVO engine/ tuning/ drivetrain, no.

Good old Al....This is off topic but thought I would share. I had an issue with my Cosi cams not idling smooth and another member suggested I ask Al about the install of the cams to see if maybe they were installed wrong. Car was just tuned by Jester and he knows what he is doing so it wasnt a tuning issue. I tell Al all of this and ask him if there is anything tricky about installing these. All he says is, "You should of bought the cams from me." Then he says,"Send me $100 bucks and the map of the tune and ill look at it." Thats it. I explained to him again that I was only asking about the install since I was told he has installed tons of these. All he cared about was getting money to look at my map....Thanks Al! Sorry for my off topic rant.

I personally dont see nothing exciting. Wow it barely makes 220HP but massive torque because of the little bitty turbo they put on it...must be to limit the hp since their trannies tend to take a sh*t so often. Wow they put a 2.5L in their but left their crap tranny and changed the fd ratio. Look at how many people have already blown the stock WRX tranny. I personally dont think Subaru stepped up hardly at all with the WRX (STI is a different story though). Also saying the Subbie guys are so nice over at nasioc...BS. I see plenty of people bashing the Evo on nasioc..they dont like to admit to the greatness of the evo

I was reading this thread thinking there is a lot of whiners and complainers just trying to up their post count. But I think there are a group of you who hate Al, Buschur racing, and I am sure there are others. Everytime these people try to post some info you are the first ones to come in and start running your mouth about how the info is useless or the test results arent valid. You say they are posting useless info but what about the garbage you are posting? People, get a life! You wont get a raise at work for upping your post count! Let these people post whatever info they want! If you dont like Al, buschur racing, or anyone else here......then dont bother reading the thread and posting YOUR usless babbling!!

Another thought.....if you dont like the info they are posting, why dont you people post something informative before ragging on others! Idiots!
