I'm supposed to be getting cams and tune from you on Friday (you know April 6th). I've left numerous messages and an email over the last several days to confirm, and I just read you're off down south somewhere this week for an "emergency tune".

You need to get back to me IMMEDIATELY and let me know what the hell is going on. I've already taken off work for this, and if this isn't going to happen I need to know NOW.

BTW, if you ARE cancelling on me at this late date I want my deposit back on the cams and dyno time. If your not use the phone Luke, use the phone.

First off - I love what I do - I have no complaints

But - its hard to answer the phone all day and tune cars at the same time

When I am on the dyno I usually leave my phone in the truck as I do not want to be talking on the phone while I am concentrating on a customer's car

The OP poster here requested a call back at a specific time I was not able to call him

A lot of time people call and when I call them back they don't answer so it can be tough

I do my best to return all messages - I must be doing a fairly good job at it as I have been very busy the last few months
